Our health providers work closely with social, counseling and dentistry services so that we can help our patients have the utmost quality care. We take a comprehensive and holistic approach to healthcare as we strive to prevent illness in the communities we serve. However, we do NOT prescribe controlled substances

Primary Care

We provide laboratory services, physicals, and health education for healthy lifestyles.

Women’s Health

We provide Pap tests, pelvic exams, family planning services, referrals for mammography, menopause support, and strive to help woman have a more balanced lifestyle.

Vasectomies & Circumcisions

Vasectomy and circumcision services are available for all individuals regardless of their patient status at the PFC. Circumcisions are only offered to infants under 6 weeks.

Prescriptions

Free prescriptions available to uninsured patients based on medication availability. Financial assistance on medications can be offered through Patient Assistance Programs. Each program has its own qualifying criteria.

Medication for Opioid Use Disorder

Patients of the PFC diagnosed with opioid use disorder can be treated with medications through the MOUD program.

Birth Control

We offer birth control services for those 13 and older. However, anyone under the age of 18 needs parental consent to receive birth control. Birth control services are available for all individuals regardless of their patient status at the PFC.

Orthopedic Care

Through our partnership with ISU, the PFC is can provide orthopedic services. Orthopedic services are available for all individuals regardless of their patient status at the PFC.

Athletic Training

Our athletic trainer specializes in sports injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation. We also provide services dedicated to improving patients’ health through strength, endurance, and agility training.
